Here we are March 16th, and it dumped snow on us. The nice thing is that it was a warmer snow day, so the kids were able to go outside and have fun in the snow. Our back yard is at a slight enough slant that the kids can sled down it.
I opened our front window and this is what we saw across from our house. Kinda funny. If only we had a gun.......:)

Are you kidding me...if you only had a gun...that would have been the last thing I would have thought!!! :) They are beautiful - how exciting to have them right in your front yard...well, practically :) Looks like the kids had a blast sledding! And I love love how serious David is in his Jedi clothes...love it!
I laughed at the gun comment as well! So, we are officially not leaving on a trip next month, so let me know the details of your idaho trip...we would love to see if you it works out!!
I love the pictures! The kids are adorable. Personally, my husband would still grab the gun, then stage a car accident involving one of the deer, discreetly covering up the point of entry. Then, after paying the fee, he'd fill the freezer.
I should send you that picture I have of those bucks right downtown. It is crazy that you have so many dear around. I love the Jedi pictures... David's serious face is classic.
Cute pics of the kids dressing up. Our kids have been asking to find a lot of their old toys and dress up stuff so Jake and I are thinking we will tackle the garage here in the next few weeks if it will just STOP SNOWING!!! At least the sledding is fun = )
That's hilarious that you warned your kids with, "I'm getting you on video camera if you fight!" Evidence to show daddy when he gets home!
Funny too that Anna wanted to see the picture right away when she saw you had the camera. Kids probably think it has always been like that and no one ever had to actually wait to find out if a photo turned out nicely or not!
I love your gun comment as does everyone else. You are so hilarious. I miss you. David's seriousness is great.
Those deer are freakin' lookin' at you. I think they heard the comment about the gun. How fun to have all that snow. Here in Sunny Colorado you have to hurry outside before it melts away. Tay would have loved to sled.
Looks like fun! we haven't actualy had enough snow to go sledding this year.
