Grandma Deb's Here!!

Grandma Deb came all the way from Greeley to visit us in our new place!! Usually we have to share her with 15 other grandkids, but this time we had her all to ourselves!! We had a great time showing her around H-town. We were sad to see her leave. I couldn't resist taking this picture of her with AnnaBelle walking around downtown.

Pumpkin carving time! We bought these pumpkins and made the kids wait til grandma came to carve them, so they were very excited!

Couldn't resist taking this picture, notice the fridge outside?? This truck has hillbilly written on all four sides, and yes, it has a BIG hillbilly behind the wheel as well. Gotta love Montana!

Little Workers!

I couldn't resist this picture, Daniel actually took it too!!! I was scrapbooking all day and he took the kids to a little Fall Fest event going on. The kids had a good time and the coolest part of all were these little home depot aprons they got to keep! We also used them to carve pumpkins, more to come!!!

My Ninja!

Oh how I love my friend Hollie! She drove down from Hailey Idaho to visit me! It was so nice to have another person around to do stuff with, especially considering it was her! She is one of the best people you will ever meet, she is kind and funny, an all around great person and I feel lucky to call her my best friend! I love you Holls! You'll always be my #1 ninja!

Hollie did airplane with the kids and Anna and Gavin thought it was so much fun, and they looked so cute from down below that I had to take a picture!

The two amigos! Oh how the tables have turned with these two. Anna use to bully him a bit and he would just look at her like " what the heck?" But now, he is the one giving it to her, and she screams her head off when he comes near. It was funny to watch. Some day, you wait and see, we will have to worry about keeping them apart, right? When they date and get married and stuff?? Oh we have high hopes for these two:)

Our first Montana snow!

We woke up last weekend to see this! Lots of snow on the ground. So Daniel and the kids got all of the gear out and tried to sled in our backyard, there is a bit of a slope. They had fun! We will have lots more of those days to come I am sure!

Oh, I looked out the window and what did I see?
6 big deer eating grass by me!

Yes this is right out our back window of our house, they are everywhere! You drive into town and they are just wandering through the yards eating the grass, it is a little crazy. It never used to be this bad. From what I hear, they are going to start to "take care of the problem" How I do not know, but we shall see!!!

Park Lake fun

Sunday we decided to take a drive up to a place called Park Lake.  It was only 30 minutes away and it was beautiful.  We took a little hike around the lake and the kids had a blast.  The all loved posing for the camera, which is rare, and had fun.  It was nice to get out and enjoy nature.

Back yard find!

We were playing in the back yard the other day and David found this butterfly in the grass and picked it up.   It just sat there and let him hold it.  I thought maybe it was dead or hurt, but sure enough after a couple of minutes it flew away just fine.  He thought it was pretty cool.
